Amazing! That was cool! Polycom’s products are really way ahead. These were some of the reactions of the attendees to the Polycom seminar held on April 1, 2008, who saw and heard the Polycom HDX system held at Holiday Inn Downtown, Kuwait.
Crisp clear High Definition Video using the Polycom HDX systems was demonstrated at the seminar where the attendees could even read the fine print on a soft drink can with the experience of feeling as if it was in front of their eyes. The crystal clear High Definition 22 KHz audio was exceptional during the demonstration where a soft drink can was opened and poured into a glass at the far site. | |

 | On April 9th, the American Corner at Kuwait University held a digital video conference with Ambassador Greg Schulte, Permanent U.S. Representative to the United Nations in Vienna. The topic focused on Iran’s nuclear capability and the potential threat it poses toward the region, as well as the history of U.S. diplomatic efforts to deal with the problem. More than seventy students from two political science classes attended in addition to their professors. Also in attendance was the Counselor for Public Affairs of the American Embassy, John F. Berry, and the Embassy’s Information Research Center Director May Katkhuda. | |
